Do you have general questions and want to get in touch with us quickly and easily?

You can get in touch with us from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm by calling +49 40 2485 1444.

If you leave us a voice message, we may also return your call after 6 pm.

Our ServiceCenter employees can provide assistance with the following matters:

  • Queries on applications and benefits
  • Queries related to notifications
  • Changes to your personal circumstance, e.g. starting work, marriage, rent hikes
  • Document requests, e.g. sending a copy of a notification (duplicate)

If your query cannot be handled right away, the responsible case manager from your local office will respond within two working days.

Service hotline for people with hearing loss

A special service hotline is available for people with hearing loss. Sign and written language interpreters act as translators on video calls. You can receive more information by clicking here.
