Our jobcenter.digital e-service is available whenever, wherever for quick, simple and secure assistance.Save time and postage costs by using our digital services at a time that best suits you.
The following e-services are currently available on jobcenter.digital:
- Sending records, documents and supporting documents;
- Notifying us of changes;
- Securely send messages online using our inbox service;
- Apply for continued entitlement to Unemployment Benefit II;
- Apply online to have the costs of your application covered by the placement budget;
- If you want to travel, request approval for an absence from your place of residence.
Log in and get started
In order to log into jobcenter.digital, you just require your personal login details that you received to use the job search (former JOB PORTAL).
Have you forgotten your username or password? Give our ServiceCenter a call on +49 40 2485 1444. Your login details will then be sent by mail. Please have your personal client number to hand during the call.
Register online
Have you not registered yet? Click here to request login details for using the e-service online.
Your PIN will then be sent by mail. Once you’ve received a PIN, please give our ServiceCenter a call to activate your account to use jobcenter.digital.
